We recently installed 500/200Mbps FTTP NBN Broadband internet. This is freely available throughout the building on Wi-Fi. Speeds vary depending on device type and distance from connections. At least 50Mbps is a common speed on the Wi-Fi and the wired Cat5 connections in each room achieve close to the 500Mbps maximum.
